LIFE HAS A WAY OF BITING YOU IN THE ASS

Okay, so. I wouldn't exactly say I was dating this person, but anyways. I fell pretty hard and fast for this girl woman actually, from Brazil, we were in a small friend group and they knew about my feelings for her. So initially, they all thought we would make a beautiful couple. This woman and I got to talking in private about this, after my friends convinced me MANY TIMES to talk to her. Things were going good, she ordered flowers to my house, met my little sister through video calls, we called almost every night.

BUT THEN.

My friends started noticing some patterns, how I was constantly spiralling from one week to the next.

All because this woman was either ignoring me, or something had happened where she just wouldn't talk to me. Instead she told me she would write things down and get them out that way INSTEAD OF TALKING TO ME LIKE A HUMAN FUCKING BEING.

Anyways, my friends were telling me that she's manipulating me, at first I didn't believe them, simply because I was absolutely completely blinded by love. BUT THEN IT FINALLY CLICKED. She was manipulating me, and stupidly I fell right into the stupid fucking trap.

There was a time when she COMPLETELY ignored me, for like 2 weeks, NO TEXTS NO CALLS NOTHING. But then just expected that a simple

"can we talk" message would fix things?

ABSOLUTELY THE FUCK NOT.

So we get to chatting about what she wanted to talk about (she constantly blamed me for anything that went wrong) so I went along with it. Not giving her the ounce of knowledge that I knew her fucking game.

Fast forward a couple of weeks, ITS MY TURN TO COMPLETELY IGNORE HER. So I sent her a text that I wasn't joining her on a trip that we both had planned, and LEFT HER ON READ when she replied.

During the time I was ignoring her, she would constantly pick fights with my friends in various other group chats, blocking them and saying she doesn't want anything to do with them. So i text her wanting to talk about it, AGAIN SHE CONSTANTLY BLAMED ME! She called me inconsistent, practically calling me a liar too. So I left her dumbass on read. AGAIN.

Luckily for me, Beth's new song was about to come out and I was pretty much headed straight for my 'Villain era' anyway. Long story short, I told her I would keep my mouth shut and be the bigger person, which she didn't like and told me that's not fair on her. But for me? Of course I'm not staying silent. I'm just biding my time and letting things seem like they're settling for now. UNTIL BAM. My move hits and she ends up just as fucking crushed as she made me feel throughout the course of whatever the fuck our relationship was.
